  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmers, about 2 minutes.

  3. Incorporate the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 5–7 minutes until softened.
  5. Stir in the ground beef and cook for 8–10 minutes until fully browned.
