- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Halve the pears, remove cores, and brush cut sides with olive oil or melted butter, placing them cut-side up in the dish.
- Sprinkle pears with ground cinnamon and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until tender.
- Remove from oven, add crumbled feta and dried cranberries on top of each pear half.
- Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh thyme before serving warm.
