Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Cut the pears in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds, placing them cut side up on the tray.
- Sprinkle fresh berries onto each pear half and drizzle with honey.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts and crumble blue cheese over the pears.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until tender and the cheese begins to melt.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving, drizzling additional honey on top if desired.
