- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Drizzle olive oil in your baking dish, about 1-2 tablespoons, to prevent sticking.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the prepared baking dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle salt, pepper, and oregano. Add minced garlic on top.
- Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the salmon fillets.
