  • 1-2 tablespoons Olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 juice Lemon fresh for best taste
  • 2 cloves Garlic or garlic powder
For Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano or Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt kosher or sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper freshly cracked
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley or dill chopped

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drizzle olive oil in your baking dish, about 1-2 tablespoons, to prevent sticking.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle salt, pepper, and oregano. Add minced garlic on top.
  5. Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the salmon fillets.
  6. Slice the lemon into thin rounds and place on top of each salmon fillet.
  7. Transfer the baking dish to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley or dill before serving.
