Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook for 4–5 minutes without moving them.
  4. Flip the salmon gently and cook for another 2–3 minutes until cooked to your liking.
  5. Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a bowl to make the Bang Bang sauce.
  6. Remove the salmon from heat, rest for 1 minute, drizzle with Bang Bang sauce, and serve.
