  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Or substitute with olive oil.
For Garnish
  • 2 tbls Fresh Parsley Highly recommended for color.

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry thoroughly with paper towels and set them aside in a mixing bowl.
  3. Combine olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in the bowl. Mix well.
  4. Toss the wings in the marinade ensuring they are well coated.
  5. Place the marinated wings in a single layer on the baking sheet with space in between.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Melt unsalted butter in a saucepan over low heat and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  8. Once wings are roasted, toss them in the garlic butter mixture to coat.
  9. Transfer wings to a serving platter, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
