  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, broccoli florets, and cooked rice. Stir in cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fold in half of the shredded cheddar cheese into the mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and level the surface.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the top, and add breadcrumbs if desired.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
