- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan, sprinkle with half of the cinnamon-sugar, add remaining batter, and top with remaining cinnamon-sugar.
- Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
