- In a large skillet over medium heat, add your breakfast sausage and cook until browned and crumbled—about 5-7 minutes.
- Once browned, sprinkle in flour, stirring to coat the sausage evenly. Gradually pour in the milk, whisking continuously until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large baking dish.
- Open biscuits and cut them into quarters. Layer half of the pieces across the bottom of the greased baking dish.
- Pour half of the gravy over the biscuit layer and spread it gently.
