Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Stir in the chopped spinach and cook for another 2-3 minutes until it wilts down.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together your eggs, milk, and cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Fold the cooled vegetable mixture into the egg and cheese base gently.
- Grease a 9-inch pie dish with olive oil and pour the combined mixture into the dish.
- Bake for about 40-45 minutes until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
