  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. Whisk the large eggs together in a mixing bowl until slightly frothy.
  3. Add the cottage cheese to the bowl and mix until smooth and combined.
  4. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
