Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add 1 pound of ground beef and cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Season the cooked beef with 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef with 3 cups of rice, 1 can of soup, and 1 cup of sour cream. Mix well.
