Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of almond butter and ½ cup of honey until smooth.
  2. Stir in 2 cups of rolled oats, 1 cup of dried cranberries, and 1 cup of shelled pistachios.
  3. Add 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder and a pinch of sea salt. Fold until evenly coated.
  4. Scoop and roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Transfer to an airtight container, layer with parchment if needed. Store in fridge for up to a week.
