  1. Prepare the Avocado by cutting it in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into the blender.
  2. Add 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk into the blender and blend briefly.

  4. Add your choice of natural sweetener, starting with 1-2 teaspoons, and blend again briefly.
