For the Sauce
  • 1 cup Jack Cheese shredded, can swap with Monterey Jack or Gouda
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream or use half-and-half for a lighter twist
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Butter for sautéing, can use olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning store-bought or homemade blend

Directions
  1. Prepare by cutting chicken breast into uniform bite-sized pieces and mincing garlic.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and Italian seasoning, simmer for 5-10 minutes until thickened.
  5. Lower heat and stir in shredded jack cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Serve hot over pasta or rice.
