Ingredients
  

For the Pasta
  • 12 ounces Bowtie Pasta can substitute with penne or fusilli
For the Beef Sauce
  • 1 pound Ground Beef can substitute with ground turkey
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 medium Yellow Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil can use a neutral oil
  • 2 tablespoons Butter for creaminess
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce soy sauce can be used
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning or use a mix of dried oregano and basil
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika can use regular paprika
  • 1 cup Beef Broth chicken or vegetable broth can be used
For the Creamy Sauce
  • 1 cup Half and Half or whole milk, coconut milk for dairy-free
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated preferred

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, breaking it apart and cooking until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Cook for 1 minute to blend the flavors.
  4. Mix in butter until melted, then add beef broth and simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Lower the heat and stir in half-and-half and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and reserve a cup of pasta water.
  7. Combine the drained pasta with the creamy sauce, adding reserved pasta water if necessary for consistency.
