  • 12 potstickers homemade or store-bought

Steps
  1. In a large pot, heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until golden and fragrant.
  2. Pour in chicken or vegetable broth and coconut milk into the pot. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  3. Carefully introduce potstickers into the broth and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are heated through and tender.
  4. Season the soup by adding soy sauce and fresh lime juice. Stir gently to combine and taste for seasoning adjustments.
  5. Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with chopped cilantro and sliced green onions. Serve immediately.
