  • 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar adjust for desired sweetness

  1. Start by washing your fresh apples thoroughly. Peel them if desired and slice into 1/2 inch wedges, removing seeds. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine cinnamon and granulated sugar. Stir well and set aside.
  3. Set up your breading station: one bowl with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko and cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  4. Dredge each apple slice in flour, dip in egg, then coat in panko mixture until well-covered.
