- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, gently combine crab meat, pork rind crumbs, egg, mayonnaise, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, chives, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix carefully.
- Shape the crab mixture into 12 evenly-sized balls.
- Spray air fryer basket with cooking oil and arrange crab cake bites in a single layer.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes, then flip the bites and cook for another 5-6 minutes or until golden brown.
- Carefully remove from the air fryer and serve warm with dipping sauces.
