For Garnishing

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken into 1-inch pieces and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl, then dip each piece of chicken into the eggs before coating with flour and cornstarch.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Lightly spray basket with olive oil and arrange chicken in a single layer. Air fry for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. In a saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes until thick.
  5. Once chicken is cooked, toss it with the sauce in a bowl until well-coated.
  6. Serve over rice or quinoa and garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
