Step-by-Step Instructions

  4. Add most of the Parmesan cheese and toss again to coat the zucchini slices.
  5. Arrange the seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle the reserved Parmesan cheese over the tops of the arranged zucchini slices.
  7. Bake for 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley or lemon zest before serving.
