Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, salsa, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Warm tortillas in the microwave for about 20 seconds until pliable.
  4. Take one warmed tortilla, place 2–3 tablespoons of the chicken filling on one side, and roll tightly. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Lightly brush the tops of the rolled taquitos with cooking spray or olive oil.
  6. Bake the taquitos for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Optionally, broil for 1–2 minutes for extra crunch.
  7. Let the taquitos cool for a couple of minutes before serving with your favorite dips.
