  3. Dredge the prepared prawns in the coating mixture, ensuring they are completely covered.
  4. In a deep pan or wok, heat enough oil to reach about two inches in depth over medium-high heat.
  5. Carefully add prawns to hot oil in small batches, frying each batch for about 2-3 minutes until golden and crisp.
  6. In the remaining oil, sauté minced garlic and chopped green onions for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  7. Combine fried prawns with sautéed garlic and green onions in the pan, tossing gently to coat evenly.
