Preparation
- Crush about 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with ½ cup melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish.
- Combine 1 package of chocolate pudding mix with 2 cups of cold milk and whisk for about 2 minutes until thickened.
- Beat 8 ounces of cream cheese with ½ cup powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip.
- Spread half of the chocolate pudding over the crust, followed by 1 cup of raspberries, and then spoon the cream cheese mixture on top.
- Repeat layering with the remaining chocolate pudding and raspberries, ensuring smooth transitions between layers.
- Cover and chill for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
