- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, maple syrup, and enough water until a cohesive dough forms. Press into the tart pan and reserve some dough for streusel.

- Blend Medjool dates, coconut milk, vanilla extract, sea salt, and cornstarch until smooth and creamy.
