  • 2 pieces Eggs or 1 flax egg for a vegan option
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract opt for pure vanilla

  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips semi-sweet or dark
  • 1/2 cup Dried Fruit raisins, cranberries, or apricots
  • 1/2 cup Nuts or Seeds chopped walnuts, almonds, or chia seeds

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash 2-3 ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Combine mashed bananas with rolled oats, sweetener, eggs (or flax egg), baking powder, and vanilla extract; stir until well combined.
  4. Prepare an 8×8 inch baking dish by greasing or lining it with parchment paper.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  7. Let cool in the dish for about 10 minutes before slicing into squares.
