Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes, then add 1-2 tablespoons of neutral oil.
  2. Add the ground turkey, breaking it apart, and cook for 6-7 minutes until golden brown and no pink remains.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and add minced garlic, stirring for about 1 minute until lightly toasted.
  4. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet with the turkey, stirring to coat. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Stir in most of the sliced green onions right before removing from heat, reserving some for garnish.
  7. Serve the turkey over rice, noodles, or in lettuce cups, garnishing with reserved green onions.
