Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, grated onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and minced mint. Mix well until incorporated.
  2. Sprinkle cumin, coriander, allspice, salt, and pepper over the mixture and mix again. Cover and let rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Soak wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes to prevent burning.
  4. Shape the mixture around each skewer into long, oval patties, ensuring even thickness.
  5. Brush each skewer lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking and enhance flavor.
  6. Grill skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Remove skewers from the grill and let rest for a couple of minutes. Serve warm with vegetables, hummus, and pita bread.
