Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt 1 cup of butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in both sugars until fully combined.
  3. Beat in 4 large eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then add 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract.
  4. Sift together 1 cup of flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually incorporate this into the wet mixture.
  5. Fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips evenly throughout the batter.
