- Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a 6-cup bundt pan thoroughly.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the egg whites at medium speed for about 2 minutes until frothy. Gradually add the honey while continuing to beat, then increase the mixer speed to high until stiff peaks form.
- Pour the egg white mixture into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top to eliminate air pockets.
- Place the bundt pan into a larger baking pan filled with hot water up to about 1/2 inch up the sides of the bundt pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes without opening the oven door, then turn off the oven and let it sit inside for an additional 30 minutes.
- Remove the bundt pan from the water bath and let it cool for about 10 minutes before flipping onto a serving plate.
