Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a 6-cup bundt pan thoroughly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the egg whites at medium speed for about 2 minutes until frothy. Gradually add the honey while continuing to beat, then increase the mixer speed to high until stiff peaks form.
  3. Pour the egg white mixture into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top to eliminate air pockets.
  4. Place the bundt pan into a larger baking pan filled with hot water up to about 1/2 inch up the sides of the bundt pan.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes without opening the oven door, then turn off the oven and let it sit inside for an additional 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the bundt pan from the water bath and let it cool for about 10 minutes before flipping onto a serving plate.
