Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss until evenly coated.
