- In a large mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop out the yogurt mixture and drop rounded mounds onto the prepared sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 4 hours or until the yogurt bites are completely solid.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and avocado oil. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
