  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Herbs Parsley, chives, thyme or your favorite
  • 1 tsp Paprika Or Cajun seasoning for a twist
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Adjust to taste
For the Zesty Accent
  • 1 sliced Lemon Or lime as an alternative

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place cod fillets in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, combine butter, olive oil, garlic, herbs, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the garlic herb mixture over each cod fillet.
  5. Layer thinly sliced lemon on top of the cod fillets.
  6. Bake for 13–15 minutes until the cod is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove from the oven and spoon melted garlic herb butter over the cod. Serve with sides.
