- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place cod fillets in a greased baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine butter, olive oil, garlic, herbs, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the garlic herb mixture over each cod fillet.
- Layer thinly sliced lemon on top of the cod fillets.
- Bake for 13–15 minutes until the cod is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and spoon melted garlic herb butter over the cod. Serve with sides.
