Cabbage Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice a head of cabbage into thick rounds, about 1 inch thick, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the cabbage rounds and sprinkle with salt and pepper, rubbing it in to coat evenly.
- Distribute minced garlic and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the cabbage.
- Roast in the oven for about 35 minutes until edges are crispy and cheese is golden brown.
- Optionally broil for 2 minutes for extra crispiness, keeping a close eye to avoid burning.
- Remove from oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, and slice into wedges to serve warm.
