Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the cubed sweet potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, smoked paprika, and half the garlic powder. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for about 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and break it apart. Cook until browned for about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Lower heat and add remaining garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Drizzle half the hot honey over the beef and stir to coat. Cook for another minute.
  5. Assemble bowls with cooked rice or grain, then add beef, roasted sweet potatoes, sliced avocado, and cilantro.
  6. Drizzle remaining hot honey over the assembled bowls and serve immediately.
