  5. Form the Dough: Gradually add dry mixture to wet batter until a dough forms; add water if too dry.
  6. Shape the Cookies: Preheat oven to 325°F, roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake: Bake for approximately 12 minutes until firm but soft in the middle.
  8. Cool and Roll in Sugar: Let cool for 5 minutes, then roll in Swerve Sugar before transferring to a wire rack.
