Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat dry the chicken thighs with paper towels. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken thighs skin-side down for 3–4 minutes until golden brown. Flip and sear the other side.
  4. Whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, minced garlic, and chicken broth in a bowl until combined. Pour sauce around the chicken in the skillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove from oven and baste the chicken with the sauce. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
