Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut pears in half lengthwise and scoop out the cores.
- Brush melted butter over cut sides of the pears, drizzle with honey, sprinkle with cinnamon, sea salt, and vanilla extract.
- Place pears cut-side up in baking dish and roast for about 25-30 minutes.
- While roasting, mix mascarpone cheese, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl until creamy.
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, honey, orange juice, and brown sugar; simmer for 6-8 minutes.
- Once pears are golden and tender, fill them with mascarpone and drizzle with cranberry sauce.
