Method
 

Prepare the Base
  1. In a medium bowl or jar, mix rolled oats, milk, yogurt, and chia seeds until well combined.
  2. Add honey, ground cardamom, cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, and a pinch of salt, stirring until thoroughly incorporated.
Refrigerate
  1. Cover the bowl or jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
Adjust Consistency
  1. Stir the mixture after soaking; if too thick, add a splash of milk to reach desired consistency.
Serve
  1. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top followed by dried mango or raisins. Drizzle with honey or layer in fresh fruits for crunch.
