- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and eggs until smooth. Mix in melted butter.
- Gently fold in all-purpose flour until just combined; spread into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly soft.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, mix in powdered sugar, Baileys, and vanilla extract.
- Spread cheesecake mixture over warm brownies evenly.
- Return to oven for another 20–25 minutes until edges are firm and center jiggles slightly.
- Allow to cool completely in the dish before slicing into squares.
