Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Reserve 1½ cups of the crumb mixture for topping, then press the remaining crumbs evenly into the pan. Bake crust for about 15 minutes.
  4. While the crust bakes, chop and drain peaches. Mix with sugar in a bowl.
  5. Spread the peach filling over the warm crust, then sprinkle the reserved crumb mixture on top.
  6. Bake for an additional 30-35 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the peach filling bubbles.
