Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by finely chopping the onion and garlic. Gather all ingredients close to your cooking space.

  3. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter, aiming for 12-15 meatballs.
  4. In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat and brown the meatballs for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Remove the meatballs and pour in 1 cup of red wine, scraping the browned bits, then stir in the canned tomatoes and beef broth.
