  • 1 cup Fresh Arugula Adds a peppery freshness; spinach can be used as a substitute.
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Glaze For drizzling before serving.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on a clean cutting board.
  2. Arrange prosciutto slices on the plastic wrap, slightly overlapping.
  3. Lay salami slices at one end of the prosciutto layer.
  4. Spread a generous layer of basil pesto over the salami.
  5. Place roasted red peppers and sun-dried tomatoes on top of the pesto.
  6. Add burrata cheese and a handful of fresh arugula.
  7. Roll the layers tightly from the edge where the salami sits.
  8. Twist the ends of the plastic wrap to seal and rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Carefully cut the roll into bite-sized pieces.
  10. Drizzle with balsamic glaze right before serving.
