Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by peeling and chopping the ripe mango into small chunks, then seed and chop the habanero peppers.
  2. In a medium-sized saucepan, combine the chopped mango, diced habanero peppers, honey, and minced garlic.
  3. Pour in apple cider vinegar, followed by soy sauce and lime juice, then add olive oil and stir well.
  4. Place the saucepan over medium heat, allowing the mixture to simmer for about 15 minutes while stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes before blending until smooth.
