Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped chicken breasts and sliced zucchini with olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Sprinkle in dried oregano, basil, salt, and pepper to taste. Toss everything well.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the mixture.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) and cheese is golden brown.
  6. Let it cool slightly before garnishing with freshly chopped parsley. Serve warm.
