Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until well-blended. Coat the steak with this marinade and let it rest.
  2. Prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, minced garlic, fresh dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir well and refrigerate.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated steak for 4-5 minutes on each side until preferred doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes.
