Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 1.5QT loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of white sugar, 2 large eggs, and ½ cup melted unsalted butter until smooth.
  3. Add ½ cup of 2% milk and one box of Jell-O Pistachio Pudding mix, whisk until combined.
  4. Fold in 1½ cups all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, and a pinch of salt until combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and level the surface.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool the bread in the pan for at least 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
  8. Cool completely before slicing and serve with optional icing if desired.
