Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a medium baking dish.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes until apples are tender.
- Separate the refrigerated biscuit dough into individual biscuits and flatten each to about ¼ inch thickness.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the apple filling onto each flattened biscuit, then add a piece of caramel candy on top.
- Fold edges of the biscuit over the filling, pinching to seal tightly. Place seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Brush melted butter on top of each biscuit and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar if desired.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm, optionally drizzled with caramel sauce.

Notes
Ensure each biscuit is well-sealed to prevent leaks. Pat dry the apples to avoid sogginess. Serve warm for best flavor.
