- In a medium bowl, combine 2 cups of whole milk, 1 tablespoon of mint extract, and 3/4 cup of granulated sugar. Whisk until the sugar is fully dissolved, then fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight.
- After chilling, pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container, ensuring it doesn’t exceed the fill line. Lock the container into the Ninja Creami and select the 'Ice Cream' function. Process for about 2-4 minutes until creamy.
- Scoop the creamy ice cream into serving bowls and garnish with additional chocolate chips or fresh mint leaves.
