Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the cabbage into thick ½-inch rounds and brush each side with olive oil.
  3. In a large bowl, combine your protein, chopped onion, minced garlic, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well and add an egg if using.
  4. Form patties from the meat mixture that fit the cabbage rounds and place them on the cabbage slices.
  5. Bake for about 25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. If using cheese, add it on top and broil for an additional 3-5 minutes until melted.
  7. Serve with fresh parsley and your favorite dipping sauces.
